We don't share your personal information with anyone. How long does delivery take? We normally ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. After that, it depends on your location........ The warehouse is located in central States- delivery is usually anywhere from 2-4 days. What if I'm not home? We ship by UPS Ground so be sure to provide us with a street address- UPS can't deliver to Box Numbers. If you know you won't be home you should consider providing an address where someone will be available or you can leave a signed note by the front door giving permission for UPS to leave the package in a safe place, out of the weather. If you forget, UPS will leave a form with your options and will attempt a second delivery. We have had many reports of UPS's great service so you should be fine. How do I check on my order? Your email should be provided with your order. Once your order is actually shipped, we update your file and you will receive an email notice with tracking info. Will I hear from you once I've placed my order? Within a few minutes of placing your order you should receive an email acknowledgement from the webstore. You will then receive an email with tracking info from the webstore when the order is shipped. If your order will have a minor delay you will also get an email from the webstore giving an update. What if I have to return a mower? Returned Goods. If you need to return a product for credit it must be in new condition with all original packaging and a copy of the original invoice. You must email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or the return goods will not be accepted. We will credit you your purchase price less a handling fee of 20% or $40.00 (whichever is greater). |
