| 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee We are so sure that you will be happy with your mower that we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. (Please call us first if you have a problem- there are only a few simple things that can go wrong and they can often be fixed with simple instructions over the phone). If you are still not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund. You must email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or the return goods will not be accepted by the warehouse. (You are responsible for the shipping back to the warehouse.) We will then email you return instructions and the return address for the US warehouse. Returned goods must be in good condition with all original packaging,a copy of the original invoice and a brief note describing your reason for return. We will credit you your purchase price (less the cost of shipping to you and handling fee that depends on the condition of your returned mower.) If your mower is in like-new condition the handling fee is only $10.00. What about warranty? How long is the warranty? Warranties are for private use for a period of 1 or 2 years from the date of purchase (varies by brand and device). Batteries (where applicable) are only covered for the current season or 3 months, whichever comes first. What is covered? Warranties apply to all serious defects of the product which can be proven to have been caused by faulty materials or workmanship. The manufacturers have the option of supplying a replacement of the product in working order or repairing the product free of charge at their facilities, provided that the device has been handled correctly in accordance with the instructions in the Owner’s Manual and that neither the buyer nor a third party has attempted to repair the product. We will be happy to help if you have any questions. Who do I deal with for my warranty? Each manual sets out the warranty claim process. However, Reel Mowers America can be your contact for warranty claims. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange to have a solution provided. Who is Reel Mowers America? I operated Reel Mowers Canada for a number of years and received many phone calls to my toll free line from Americans who wanted to have a supplier who would actually pick up the phone and talk to them to answer questions. When these phone contacts from the US then said they would prefer to buy from me I'd have to decline because the border is a huge impediment to trade. So I decided to start Reel Mowers America to help remedy a few issues- it helped me recover my substantial phone costs and allowed Americans to deal with someone they could actually talk to and feel comfortable with.
