Here is a photo of a corner of our back yard. In the foreground is the freshly cut
lawn and the background shows the uncut area. The lawn looks good- not perfect
but certainly as good as with any other type of mower. And that is the point. We
didn't have to go over the lawn twice or make any special attempt to make this
photo. In fact, this is a grab-shot, taken because the light looked so nice and the
blossoms were still on the plum tree. The manual push mower is so quiet that you
can hear the birds singing while you mow. This really does make mowing a
pleasure- it is quiet, safe and non-polluting.
